Sanctuary Indoor Air Quality was born out of something simple: a deep love for Tooele and a frustration with impersonal service. Our founder, Gary Smith, grew up here. He watched the valley grow, felt the dry summer heat and the bitter winters, and spent years watching neighbors struggle to find air conditioning help that was honest, local, and actually showed up on time.

Gary has been working in HVAC and air conditioning for over 10 years. He didn't just pick up a certification and hang a sign — he put in the time in the field, learning cooling and heating systems inside and out, working through every season, and earning the trust of homeowners across the valley one job at a time. That experience is what makes Sanctuary different.

Sanctuary Indoor Air Quality is a family-owned business, and that means something to us. We're not a franchise. We're not a call center with rotating technicians. When you call us, you're calling a family that has invested everything into doing this right. Gary still answers the phone. His name is on every job.
